In an unprecedented event, Surat is all set to host what would be India’s first farting contest. And the stinker, longer and louder you fart, the better are your chances at becoming ‘Pad’ shah! The contest, organized by two Surat residents namely Yatin Sangoi and Mul Sanghvi, will judge people on the basis of the stinkers of their fart to find “India’s best Fartists.” The event has been scheduled to take place on September 22.
Talking about how the competition will work, Sangoi revealed that contestants will be judged across three categories – longest, loudest, and musical. Among the participants, three people will be chosen as winners. The competition will be judged by a stand-up comedian Devang Raval and a local doctor may join in too. Till now, about 50 people have registered for the competition
