As a treat to his fans, after Ranveer Singh’s wedding pictures, his new movie Simmba’s trailer got released. Starring Ranveer Singh, Sonu Sood, Sara Ali Khan, and Ajay Devgan the movies seems to be a story running parallel to the Shingham.
I have already watched the trailer and kind of enjoyed it. So, without wasting any time, lets head into the trailer discussion.
What’s in the trailer?
The trailer starts with the Ajay Devgan narrating the story of Shivgadh, where an orphan kid is influenced by his action in Goa Police.
The little kid is none other than Ranveer Singh. Inspired by Shingham, he too wants to become a police officer. But there is a catch, he only wants to be a cop because its cool and cops can make good money as well.
Ranveer Singh is playing the role of Simmba – a corrupt cop, who believes that the life of a corrupt officer is the best. He is unethical, corrupt and you can basically say he is a ‘Kamina’ police officer.
Though, his style- carrying black aviator, handlebar mustache and a police tattoo on his forearm does look fantastic.
Moving on, Ranveer is not the only attraction of this movie. Sara Ali Khan is also making her debut with this film. Furthermore, super fit Sonu Sood is also a part of Simmba’s journey.

The movie seems quite dramatic as Simmba don’t seem to care about things until it starts to affect him personally. And it changes when the story meets a dramatic Bollywood twist.
The trailer takes a serious turn when Simmba’s sworn-sister gets raped by the members of a gang.
In order to seek revenge, not just for her sister but for all the other girls as well, he decides to follow the path of Shingham and take the matter in his own hands.
After that, all you’ll see is action, action, and action. Directed by Rohit Shetty of course. You can expect all those impossible, somewhat ridiculous but fascinating car scenes as well.

In Conclusion:
Judging from the trailer, it does seem interesting. But there are chances you might not discover anything new in the movie as everything had already been covered in other cop movies. The movie will release on 28 December 2018.
