The first trailer of Saand Ki Akh featuring Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar is out now. The actresses in the movie don the avatar of Chandro (86) and Prakashi Tomar (82) renowned as the oldest sharpshooters.

The trailer is filled with humorous and patriarch dialogues and situations that would irk your wits. However, writers have also embed enough inspiration that gets us excited down the line.
The trailer begins with a shooting range setting wherein Bhumi’s character unknowingly aims accurate and hits bull’s eye. Impressed with the skills of the Tomar sisters, the coach comes forward to encourage and guide the sisters for local competitions. But soon the patriarchal attitude encourages criticism against the women from the who’s who of their village. Hell-bent on bringing a change, the sisters continue to fight for the rights of the women of the village.

The film has been produced by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar and also features director Prakash Jha and actor Viineet Singh in important roles. The movie has been slated for a Diwali release.
