Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Friday announced that the Odd-Even scheme will come into action, once again, in the Captial region starting from November 4 to 15. The idea is to curb air-pollution that engulfs the capital in Winters due to crop burning in the neighbouring states. Once implemented, vehicles ending in odd and even numbers will be allowed on Delhi roads, on alternate days.
