Well, it is not if your city air is polluted. According to experts, the accumulation of polluted particles in the morning air could be attributed to dust and garbage burning and illegal industries such as scrapping, if operational in the region.
That’s the case with Noida, it is an advice for people who live in Noida, Stop going on a morning walk as the pollution in your area is 7 times more than the national level.
Wait, is that true?
On Tuesday morning, the PM2.5 and PM10 values (particles with a diameter over 2.5 and 10 microns) were exceeding five times the safe or admissible limit according to Indian standards.

Data obtained by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB), the value of PM2.5 particles ranged from 300ug/m3 to 373ug/m3 between 5 am to 8 am.
The condition worsened later during the day and reached 404ug/m3 by 10am. If that concern you, wait till you know the value of PM 10ug/m3. During the fitness hours (from 5am to 11am) the value of PM 10ug/m3 was recorded at 500ug/m3.
Apart from excessive pollution in the city, there was also heavy winds causing dust pollution while creating a haze in the city.
This recorded PM level recorded was seven times more than the national standard. Not just this but these recorded numbers are 14 times higher as per standards set by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

According to Indian standards, The permissible limit of PM2.5 should be maintained at 60ug/m3. While according to the standards given by WHO it is 25 ug/m3. In the case of PM10, the safe limit is set at100ug/m3 as per Indian standards, while the WHO considers 60ug/m3 to be the safe limit.

The reason for excessive pollution in the area is clear. As often the local law has been broken, by burning garbage in open during the evening. Not just this but the allegedly irresponsible behaviour builders also leads to dust pollution.
We have already polluted our environment enough, it’s not just about morning air, because if things stay the same we might not even have air to breathe.
