Mumbai Police reacted to the Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan tweeter post without doing any investigation.
The clip seems to be dangerous which can put the life of both actors and other people on the road in danger.
What was in the clip
Uploaded by Sonam Kapoor on 14 December, this short twitter clip shows Salmaan sitting on the driver seat, with his hand not on the steering wheel. Instead, the actor seems like he is texting with both his hands off the steering wheel. While Sonam is calling him a ‘weirdo.’

Now, remember the car is in motion and Dulquer Salmaan has his hands on the phone. The scene is from their upcoming movie “The Zoya Factor,” and it is not real.

To that, Mumbai Police replied by taking Sonam’s side and by saying that they don’t quite approve of these even in ‘reel’ life. What if it wasn’t Sonam’s tweet? Will they reply? Do they care about other citizens same?
Questions are never-ending and so is this story, as Sonam replied back to Mumbai police comment by clarifying that they were not driving the car, it was rigged on a truck. Which means they were not doing anything illegal.

Sonam thanked Mumbai police for their concern and hope that they treat other mumbaikers the same way.

How other people reacted
Most of the Sonam fans reacted over the Mumbai police’s tweet, saying that they should have done facts check before reacting this way. Because the car was rigged with a pick-up truck and Salmaan has already clarified it, fan’s are calling Mumbai police’s tweet, their way to look cool. Though they have made an amateur mistake by not doing facts check before getting into name-calling game.
In Conclusion
Mumbai police reacted fast after knowing about the situation, the only problem was that they didn’t try to find the complete truth of the situation. Facts were all there, but they didn’t try to check them.
