For Indians, cricket is the game of gods. For some of them, it is even their religion. Fans don’t just watch a play or watch cricket. They live cricket.
It is true India’s performance was not up to the mark in their last ICC world cup match. Afganistan sure did give Indian cricket team a hard time.
Although India is able to win the game at the beginning, it didn’t feel they will. Known as the god of cricket Sachin Tendulkar, pointed out the Indian team is not comfortable in facing the spinners.
Tendulkar also said things about the former Indian skipper MS Dhoni. And now going trending on twitter, Tendulkar has been trolled by the legion of Dhoni.
What exactly happened?
During an interview with India Today, Sachin quoted, “I felt slightly disappointed, it could have been much better. I was also not happy with the partnership between Kedar and Dhoni, it was very slow. We batted 34 overs of spin bowling and scored 119 runs. This was one area where we didn’t look comfortable at all. There was no positive intent.”

Sachin added, “MS Dhoni’s partnership with Kedar Jadhav was slow and it lacked positive intent. India pulled off a win, though Afghanistan competed till the last over of the match.”
This left Dhoni fans furious, and they started comparing and criticising Tendulkar’s batting. Here are some of the best tweets, that you should see:

The same man that won you the World Cup which you couldn’t win in your whole career with one of the best Indian players around. Sachin acting like he was some big hitter, man used to struggle in his 90s. Someone should pull up his strike rate when he’s been in the 90s??♂️ #Dhoni? pic.twitter.com/hCVQ5aBI9h

In Conclusion:
All the Dhoni fans know he is a selfless attacker in the end overs. Instead of chasing runs to complete his century, Dhoni played to help the team chase the big score when all the other batsmen were down. Tell us what you think? Who is your favourite Dhoni or Tendulkar?
