In recent developments in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case, Pakistan has denied offering him the consular access for the second time. Earlier this month Jadhav was allowed the first consular access by Pakistan in line with the mandate of the ICJ verdict. Indian diplomat Gaurav Ahluwalia met Jadhav in the Jail during the grant of first consular access. India had objections in regards to the way meeting between Jadhav and Ahluwalia was organized.
