Watch: Kieron Pollard Becomes 3rd Batsmen To Hit 6 Sixes In An Over

Sri Lankan spinner, Akila Dananjaya, must have been on cloud nine in the initial stages of the 1st T20 international against West Indies on Wednesday. And if you don’t know why? Then it would be because he had just claimed a brilliant hat trick against the visitors.

However, his fortunes turned very quickly after the hosts’ captain Kieron Pollard smashed him for six sixes off in his very next over.

As Pollard hit the six sixes, he became the only second man to do so in T20 cricket and only third in International cricket.

While West Indies were looking comfortable with 52/0 on the board in the initial stages of the first T20, Dananjaya ruined the party as he dismissed Evin Lewis, Chris Gayle and Nicholas Pooran in successive delivery.

However, as he came back to bowl the sixth over, West Indies captain Kieron Pollard took him to the cleaners.
