With Bottle Cap Challenge literally kicked started by Taekwondo instructor and fighter Farabi Davletchin, who knew it would be the next challenge in trend.
However, the main hand behind making this go viral was because of mixed martial-artist Max Holloway. When he tried it out, it started being followed by several other celebrities and is trending ever since.
How to do the bottle cap challenge?
So, all you need to do is place a bottle with a cap loosely fitted on top. Now, place the bottle on a table and go for a horsekick to untwist the cap.
P.S. The cap is supposed to fly off the bottle, and the bottle should remain stationary. Yes, I know that’s quite a task. Also,you need to recorded the whole ordeal in Slow Motion to understand if you’ve actually nailed it or not.
