The data collection in Census 2021, scheduled to begin from February 2021, will be paperless said Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday. “It will be a transformation from paper census to digital census” he added. As per Mr. Shah, the government will use a mobile app to collect the data needed. Amit Shah made the announcement at the foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of a new building of the Registrar General of India (RGI).
