The third edition of the “Khelo India” youth games that sees participation from young athletes from across the country would kick start in Guwahati today. The opening ceremony of the games would be held today.
Assam Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal, Union Sports minister Kiren Rijjju and several star players like Hima Das would be present at the opening ceremony of the games.

The 3rd edition of the sporting event would go on from 10th January 2020 to 22nd January would witness 20 national level multidisciplinary grassroots games being played among the age groups of under-17 and under-21 categories.
