In yet another Taliban led attack at least 20 people were killed and over 90 were injured. The explosion took place close to a hospital in Southern Afghanistan. The main target was the nearby government intelligence department building in Qalat, said the Taliban. Taliban is carrying attacks almost on a daily basis since the peace talks with the U.S. collapsed last month.
